Professional Research Services, Inc. (PRS) is a recruitment research and candidate sourcing firm in Bernalillo, New Mexico. PRS delivers qualified passive candidates, name-generation lists, and talent mapping on fixed project pricing  — an alternative to percentage-based contingency search — for corporate talent acquisition teams, executive search firms, and contract recruiters, across all industries and position levels.  Founded and led by Tom DeBourcy

Our Mission Statement

Our programs provide you recruiting research resources that are cost effective alternatives to traditional agency fees (percentage of salary or advertising). We discuss your needs and assist you in determining the type of talent that you require for a particular position.


We work with you to choose companies to source and contact, as well as doing primary research that identifies companies or organizations where that talent is located. Our goal is to recommend alternative methods for you to obtain candidates. In addition, we provide you with unique cost effective recruiting solutions that meet your hiring needs, timing and budget.
