We usually complete a Candidate Generation Program in 3-5 weeks. However, the completion time can be affected by the difficulty of the research, ability to reach candidates or working on an assignment during holidays or popular vacation periods

Generally we will need a Job Description, discussion with the hiring authority to find out about the type of candidates and any other intangibles that they want, direction on companies to target and avoid in your industry, names of any any people that you have already contacted for the position, and compensation.

We will provide at least 5 qualified interested candidates. If you are unable to hire from that slate of candidates, we can continue the project at a reduced fee. We will then provide another slate of candidates.
