Program

Make an informed decision on recruiting for your positions based upon the market.  A PROFILE provides the up-front recruiting research to let you evaluate and decide on the fastest and most effective recruiting techniques to use in filling your position.  You receive a description of the position based upon your input and that of your competitors, a list of companies where you can find qualified candidates, profile input from supervisors of similar employees at 10 companies, the range of compensation paid by other companies, and a report with our findings and recommendations.

Process

Fee

The Position Profiler fee is $2,750. This is a retained fee. There may be an additional fee for time and expenses if you would like us to travel out of town to discuss the job profile.
