PRS - Candidate Generation 1-08

Positions which you need the assistance of a recruiter who can source and contact difficult to find candidates from your competitors.

Program

PRS provides you an alternative recruiting strategy which you receive 5 qualified interested candidates for a reasonable fixed fee.  As a result, your cost per hire could be dramatically reduced.

Defining the Position

At the beginning of your search, we work with you to establish job requirements and understand how they may be affected by your company culture. We also, need your input to direct our research at proper companies. A job profile is faxed to you for approval.

Candidates

Typically candidates that we contact on your behalf are are employed and therefore not actively looking for a job change. It is, therefore, critical to contact these individuals within a few days of their being recruited to maintain their interest level. You need to sell them on your job. 

Process

PRS staff members look for and source qualified employed individuals from targeted companies. We qualify candidates based upon your requirements for educational background, experience & current position.  Each candidate is provided full information on your company the position responsibilities, reporting relationship, & location.  You are presented with people who are interested in your opportunity.

Candidates profiles of interested individuals are prepared and sent to you.  At this point, you should call and telephone-screen the candidate.

Ideally, you provide feedback to our staff within 48 hours on the qualifications of prospective candidates. Any unqualified candidates are then replaced.

The program can be expanded at this point if you need further candidates.  In addition you can hire multiple candidates from a project at no additional fee. 

Upon completion of the assignment, you receive a report with: profiles of interested candidates, all names identified in our project sourcing, and notes on contacts that we made on your behalf.

Fee

The Candidate Generation Program fee is $4,900. This is a retained fee. It is billed at the start of the assignment. Our invoice terms for this program is - Net 30 Days. see: Terms & Conditions

Expanded Program

You can upgrade and receive 10 candidates for $8,750.00. see: Terms & Conditions

Project Limits

If you hire an individual from our efforts, the program is complete at that point, regardless of the number of candidates or timing.

Should a project not be complete at the point where we have made 40 contacts on your behalf, we will discuss our findings with you and request alternate recruiting strategies. We will call up to an additional 40 contacts. If we are unable to provide 5 candidates, your assignment is complete at 80 contacts.  We will provide you a final report and the project is finished.

Canceling

If you cancel, during a project, a fee of $125/Hour will be invoiced for work performed up to the full project fee. Projects canceled after 7 business days will be billed for the full project fee. (See Terms & Conditions)

Technical Support

Client server consulting firm was expanding its sales support function. They wish to match a technical consultant 1 on 1 with a sales rep.

By targeting agreed upon competitors in each of several cities we were able to generate candidates who filled these and several other critical openings.

Human Resources

A California based plastics firm needed to recruit an Employee Relation manager to handle two manufacturing plants in the northeast. The company did not want to incur the expense or the time it would take to run a newspaper ad.

Our research enabled us to identify and contact individuals at companies in the surrounding area. This reduced the time and expense of the search process.

Auto Product Sales Representative

Major manufacturer of consumables for the automotive repair market required a Spanish-speaking representative for southern California.

Our staff networked with schools, in addition, we did direct recruiting and were able to generate several qualified candidates.

Business Segment Manager

Mail-order firm required a group product manager to supervise several of its lines. The position was responsible for developing and implementing product and marketing strategies for over 100 products.
