PRS - Professional Hiring Program 1-08

Purpose - Identify, qualify, screen and present candidates for a designated position until a hire is attained

Target - Mid-Level management, sales, administrative and technical positions at the 75K-500K levels.

Program - Expanded research assignment in which we provide the up-front portion of Executive Search: candidate sourcing, qualification and recruiting. You provide the concluding support: technical screening, candidate interviews, reference checks offer and closing. Our efforts continue until the completion of your hiring project.

Defining The Position - At the beginning of your search we discuss your requirements and the methods that we will use to present your company and your opportunity. Our staff works with you to target the types of companies you would like contacted. From this information, we prepare a Job Profile and fax it for your approval.

Process - PRS consultants use our database and sourcing to identify qualified individuals. We then approach them with your opportunity. If they are interested, we discuss position and company in detail. Concurrently we qualify the person based upon your position requirements.

We prepare Candidate Profiles and request a current resume. This information is faxed to you as soon as it is received.

At this point candidates should be contacted and phone screened. Ideally, This candidate call should take place within 1-3 days of our contact. If appropriate, a phone interview should be arranged.

You provide us feedback on the candidates and adjust the Job Profile for any changes you wish us to make in our target profile.

An initial slate of candidates is typically presented within 3 weeks of the start of the assignment. However, this can vary depending upon the type of job and your requirements.

At the conclusion of the assignment, we prepare a Final Report documenting our work. This includes the Job Profile, Candidates, Project Contacts and Sourcing (individuals identified but not contacted by the completion of the assignment).

Fee - $8,000 - $15,000 depending upon requirements and difficulty of the assignment. This is a retained fee. The fee is billed at the start of the assignment. Invoice terms are Net 30 Days.

Loss Prevention

Rapidly expanding retail chain was looking for a successor to a retiring Director of Loss Prevention.

Areas targeted were the largest high volume retail chains and qualified law enforcement personnel.

Our client was able to hire a 125K executive.

Safety and Environmental

Industry leading mining and chemical manufacturing firm needed to replace a Director of Safety and Environmental Quality.

Our consultants conducted a nationwide search of the largest chemicals and mining firms to identify qualified candidates. Our client then compared them to an internal candidate.

After evaluating these individuals the internal candidate was promoted.

Sales/Marketing

Computer systems integration firm needed an executive to provide sales and marketing applications support to the banking industry for automation of their backroom operations.

Our search targeted banking software and systems integration firms plus vice-presidents from banks over $5 billion.

Our client was able to hire an 85K key account executive.

Engineering

Major electronics firm needs a project leader for a key project.

Technology is so new that only six companies have engineers with this capability. Our consultants sourced the departments then generated one candidate, at a time from each company on an outgoing basis until our client was able to hire.
