Our clients are Search Firms, Corporations and Employment Contractors. PRS's experience covers most industries. Our philosophy is to assist our clients in determining the type of talent that they need for a particular position. We recommend a cost effective method of identifying that talent. We research to identify the companies which have that talent. We then identify the well qualified people hidden in those companies.
PRS works on all levels of positions in name generation research. However, our primary candidate generation target is mid & upper-level positions. Many of the projects that our clients ask us to work on are their most difficult assignments. We can help you with your difficult staffing projects. When your pressed for time and you need a helping hand with your easier to fill positions, we have a solution. We talk to 20 or 30 potential candidates and recruit them to the point that they will accept a phone call from you.
