Services Terms & Conditions 1-1-2012

Professional Research Services, Inc. (PRS), an Illinois Corporation, provides employment research & consulting services to its clients on a retained basis.  Projects are invoiced as specified in in the individual program description.  These invoices are due "Upon Receipt" when projects are invoiced at the completion of the project or "net 30 days" when projects are billed at the beginning of the assignment.

Projects disputes will be handled under Illinois law.  Projects unpaid by the client will be handled in Illinois courts.  Any projects not paid in a timely manor as specified in these terms & conditions will considered to in default by the buyer.   Professional Research Services, Inc.  will proceed with collection on these accounts that are in default.  The collection will include the project retained or consulting fee and any additional fees incurred including reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, collection agency fees and costs and any other costs or expenses incurred.
