Purpose
This is an expanded Candidate Generation
assignment in which we provide the front-side
Executive Search support to: Identify, qualify, screen and present candidates for a designated position.
Your employees provide the back-end Executive Search
support: Technical Screening, Interviews, Refrence
Checks, Background Checks, and Offer. The program
continues until hire.
Target
Mid-Level and Higher Executives in: management, sales, administrative and technical positions.
Defining The Position
At the beginning of your search we discuss your requirements and the methods that we will use to present your company and your opportunity. Our staff works with you to target the types of companies you would like contacted. From this information, we prepare a Job Profile and
send it for your approval.
Process
PRS staff members research and source qualified employed individuals from targeted
companies. We qualify candidates based upon your requirements for educational background,
experience & current position responsibilities. Each candidate is provided full
information on your company, the position responsibilities, reporting
relationship, & location. You are presented with people who are
interested in your opportunity.
Candidates
Typically candidates that we contact on your behalf are employed and
therefore not actively looking for a job change. It is, therefore, critical to contact these individuals within a few days of their being recruited to maintain their interest
level. In addition, because these candidates are recruited and they were
probably not looking for a new job, you need to sell them on your opportunity.
At this point candidates should be contacted and phone screened. Ideally, This candidate call should take place within 1-3 days of our contact. If appropriate, a phone interview should be arranged.
You provide us feedback on the candidates and adjust the Job Profile for any changes you wish us to make in our target profile.
An initial slate of candidates is typically presented within 2-3 weeks of the start of the assignment. However, this can vary depending upon the type of job and your requirements.
At the conclusion of the assignment, we prepare a Final Report documenting our work. This includes the Job Profile, Candidates, Project Contacts and Sourcing (individuals identified but not contacted by the completion of the assignment).
Fee
- $8,000 - $15,000 depending upon requirements and difficulty of the assignment. This is a retained fee. The fee is billed at the start of the assignment. Invoice terms are Net 30 Days.
