Fast Track Field Management
Rapidly expanding Consumer Finance company is improving its management ranks by bringing in high potential candidates to train as branch managers.
Recruiting for the first class of 10 was split between newspaper advertising and direct recruiting along with networking.
On the newspaper side, large display ads were placed in 7 major cities. This resulted in 1,200 responses. It, also, took 1 1/2 months of two recruiter's time to screen and interview potential candidates. This resulted in 4 hires.

Customer Support
A National Information Systems company is consolidating 9 field customer support locations into one regional center.
Due to recent job reductions, advertising was not a good option. However, candidates were required to fill 5 positions.
The company wanted to see 20 candidates within 3 weeks for the position. Our consultants networked with similar companies who were laying off staff and directly recruited from several firms.
We were able to generate the 20 candidates within 3 weeks and it has resulted in multiple hires.
Competitor Intelligence
Mid-Atlantic Regional Bank wanted the organization structure of 12 competitors with 30 offices in their area.
We were able to determine, for each office, the number of loan officers, loan processors, closers, and underwriters along with the management group for the organizations. In addition, we found the types of loans that they worked with and where their post-closing and loan servicing work was done.
