You provide us a
list of names (people who have responded to your ads,
were identified in previous recruiting or your hiring
managers knows through conferences and
networking). We contact, establish interest, and
provide basic recruiting and contact information.
Purpose
You need to find someone outside your
organization to make recruiting contacts.
Do you have an attendees list from a trade show or stack of resumes that you
would like to contact for recruiting?
Program
PRS Contacts a list of names provided by you:
- Confirms
the Company, Name, Phone Number, Title and Location
-Attempts to get replacement names for people who have left the company
- Ask if
the person would be interested in receiving a call about your job
- Network
for additional qualified names
Defining the Position
At the beginning of your assignment, we discuss your job and appropriate
titles to contact. You provide us with a list of names to approach.
We need a list about 1 1/2 to 2 times the number of names that you want
contacted.
Process
PRS research staff locates the company and person that you wish to have us approach.
We contact the names from your list. Each contact has the Company, Name, Title and
Phone Number - confirmed. We ask for an e-mail address (No
Guarantee). The potential candidate is asked if they would be
interested in receiving a phone call to discuss (your position). We find
out when & where it would be convenient to contact the person. We
network to obtain additional names or attempt to get a replacement if the person
is gone.

This is a retained fee. It is billed at the
completion of the assignment. Our invoice terms for this assignment are - Upon Receipt.
