Development Programs provide qualified, interested candidates.
The candidates are identified, recruited and screened
based upon your unique requirements.

Candidate Generation
Provides 5
or 10 candidates who are qualified & interested in your position. You, also, receive a report with the candidates, contacts
(including their reaction to your opportunity, compensation where possible) and
the research names generated for the project.
The project is complete if you hire. The project
cap is 80 contacts even if 5 candidates are not
presented or 150 contacts for the 10 candidate program
Fee $4,900.00 for 5 candidates or $8,900.00 for 10
candidates-Retained Fee\ Invoiced at the project start.
TechGen
Candidate Generation Program for technical, engineering, systems and other very
difficult positions to source & generate candidates. The project is
complete if you hire. The project cap is
60 contacts even if 5 candidates are not
presented.
Fee $6,800-Retained Fee\ Invoiced at the project start.
Professional Hiring
Program
Research version of search. We provide the up-front work of executive search- to identify, contact, screen and present to you qualified candidates. You provide the backside of the search: technical screening, personal interviews, reference checks and negotiating offers. Continues until you hire.
Fee $8,000-$15,000-Retained Fee\ Invoiced at the project start. Fees are quoted based upon your requirements.
Each Candidate Generation program listed above is complete if the client hires from our
contacts. In addition, projects have a cap on
the number of total contacts. If
that cap is reached the program is complete regardless
of the number of candidates presented.
