Research Program
We identify & contact
a group of 20 or 30 people who are working in jobs
similar to your position and recruit them.
Situation
You are responsible for positions that are not difficult to recruit and if you
received a few candidates you would make a hire. However, you don't have the time
to spend screening a response or taking a series of calls.
Program
Let us find you a few good candidates. We target companies in
your area with employees similar to your need. Contact 20 or 30 qualified people
and recruit them to
the point that they will accept a phone call. Then, get basic
candidate profile information and turn it over to you to do the recruiting.
Process
 | Positions need to be well defined and easier to fill positions. (Sales, Secretary, Buyer,
Credit, Asst. Retail Mgr.) |
| Prepare a Position Profile. |
| Research the companies that you choose or we can identify in your area. |
| Contact 20 or 30 potential candidates |
| Send you interested candidates (usually in 20 contact program we identify 1-3
candidates no guarantee)/(In
Retail
& Restaurant usually 3-5). |
| Prepare a report with our results & all sourced names that we
have identified but have not contacted. |
| Projects are usually completed in 1 week. |
Fee
20 Contacts: $2,500.00
30 Contacts: $3,500.00
This is a retained fee.
The fee is billed at the start of the assignment. Our invoice terms for this program
are - Net 30
